A blank sheet from alongwell.app. AlongWell keeps your family’s medicines and readings on your phone, free on iPhone and Android.

How to use it

  1. List the medicines. Type each medicine, its strength and whether it’s taken before or after food.
  2. Print it. Print the chart or save it as a PDF, and put it where the medicines are kept.
  3. Tick each dose. Tick the box when a dose is taken, or write the amount in it.

Reading a prescription into the chart

Many prescriptions in India write the day as three numbers, such as 1-0-1. Copy what the prescription says into the morning, afternoon and night columns, and ask the pharmacist if any part of it is unclear.

What you type stays with you

Anything typed into the chart stays in your browser on this page. It isn’t saved or sent anywhere, so print it or save the PDF before you leave.

Keeping it on your phone instead

AlongWell reads the same shorthand when you add a medicine, sets the times from your meal times, and reminds each family member at every dose. It’s free on iPhone and Android.
