Delete your AlongWell account

You can delete your AlongWell account, and everything in it, from the app or by writing to us. This page says how, what is removed and when.

From the app

1. Open AlongWell and tap your photo or initial at the top right to open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account and records.
3. Tap Delete everything.

Without the app

Write to hello@alongwell.app and give the phone number you sign in with. We confirm the request with that phone number before acting on it.

What is removed

Your account and everything in it: your phone number and profile, every family member and pet you added, and their profile photos, allergies, medicines, doses, reminders, home readings and supplies. Nothing is kept.

When

Reminders stop as soon as you ask, in the app and on WhatsApp. The account is removed from our live systems within 30 days. If you sign in again before then, the deletion is cancelled and nothing is lost.

After the account is removed, copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days, and server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Who we are

AlongWell is made by PrimeRole, Inc. The privacy policy says what the app collects and how it is used.
